After the first week our team had an idea that every member seemed to agree on, however a few days after the first session/ meeting there started being some concerns posted within the team's private group from some of the members; including myself.
The concern was that we have all got to carried away with the concept design and set something that; due to the time restrictions, just wouldn't be do able.
Some members of the team were really responsive and posted their views and thoughts on the whole project, there seemed to be a split between the people who were contributing on whether or not we should edit our initial idea.
In the end a poll was created within the group, by the start of the third session every team member had voted; the final results were split straight down the middle 50 - 50.
Within the second session the whole team sat down and talked through it.
